Shri Ashok Kashinath Talware is our Founder and Managing Director. He got his first major break as a contractor for Hindustan Aeronautics Limited in 1979. He moved from Ozar to Nashik in 1981 and founded the company with a vision to build affordable, spacious and vastu compliant homes. He has more than 35 years of work experience in the construction industry. Investing in dreams and working with world class architects, who help materialize those dreams gives him the greatest joy. He has worked with world renowned architects like Mr. Hafeez Contractor and Mr. P.G. Patki to bring something unique to the city. The architecture of his projects is influenced by Greco –Roman architectural style and they stand out in comparison to other buildings. From back of the envelope calculations to finally closing the deal, the way his mind works, is a master class in Business Administration that no business school can teach. A business leader with sharp business acumen combined with an enviable risk taking ability enabled him to make Talware Builders a well-established name in the real estate domain. In addition to his passion for the company, he focuses on social, religious and charitable activities. The on-going construction work of the marble temple of his community’s कुल देवता at Betavad, Lamkani is his latest contribution to his hometown and community.

Mrs.Hemlata Ashok Talware is our Founder and Director. She is the significant other of our Managing Director and the energy and driving force behind the Group’s resilient attitude. Her positive outlook towards life and stress-free style of handling even the most daunting of situations inspires us to unleash our potential and be empathetic in our dealings with people. Her father Late. Shri Dattatraya Dashpute was our Group’s Company Law Consultant and was well known for his honesty and selfless devotion to his clients based in Mumbai and Nashik.

Miss Vasundhara Ashok Talware is a Director and is the Chief Marketing Officer of our company. She holds a Masters’ degree in management studies from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai. In addition to overseeing sales & marketing functions she is passionate about training and coaching senior and middle level managers for corporates across the country. Her keen interest in imparting education is evidenced in that she is the Founder & Managing Trustee of Shree Saraswati Foundation. It is a charitable trust formed to help the children in rural areas have access to good books and toys to ensure their holistic growth and development.

Miss Bhagyashree Ashok Talware is a Director and Chief Finance officer of our Company. She is a qualified Chartered Accountant and is an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. She also holds a Masters’ degree in Business Finance from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. She oversees the operations, finance and legal functions for the company. She is also CREDAI Women's wing co-ordinator for Nashik Metro and a member of the CREDAI National committee for cost and project management.

Mr. Tapan Ashok Talware is a Director of our Company. He holds a Masters’ degree in Construction Engineering and Project Management from The University of Texas, Austin, United States. “No great manager or leader ever fell from heaven, it’s learned not inherited” is a quote he lives by and prior to joining our company, he is gaining experience in the United States as a Project Engineer to take our company to the next level.
